GameMaker Open URL not working for some people

I've had multiple people tell me the buttons I have in game which simply open a URL are not working. I've tested them on Windows and Mac machines and they seem to work fine. Is there any known issues with using open_url?

This is all I'm doing:

GML: 
url_open("https://store.steampowered.com/app/1319550/Power_of_Ten/")
