Windows Off-Screen Tileset

Hey everyone,

So I'm still getting to grips with the whole tileset thing and this is my first time using this feature, and one thing I've noticed is that I've had to set the offset to 32x32 to align properly with the objects - however, when I do it leaves this gap that I can't put tiles in to.
I'm sure it's something obvious I'm missing but I can't figure it out.

How do I get my tiles to fill this gap to compensate the offset?
Thanks! :)
