Android Need help for my Android game

When i want to create an .apk for my game i found this, i don't see where is the problem so help me please (my sdk build tool version is 30.0.0)

Probably because your runtime is so old --> 2.1.4.200
Update it to the latest.

By the way, what is your IDE version number?
Latest is v. 2.2.5.481.

My IDE version is v 2.1.4.285 and my download is not finish

Why is your IDE that old? You won't be able to get the latest runtime using that old IDE. Must update.

I don't know, but is that why the download takes more than 3 hours? How do I get the last runtime?

By first updating your IDE to the latest. Only then can you get the latest runtime.
