Windows Naming of Windows Executable file

Hi folks, I need some advice please. When I create a windows installer for my game, when the executable is double clicked it all installs OK, but the name of the file on the new computer defaults to 'Made in Gamemaker Studio 2', as opposed to the file name I chose when creating the installer. Obviously if it's me installing the game on the new computer I can overwrite that part of the file name and that would be fine, but I'd like to avoid having to tell people I distribute the game to that they need to change it.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting round this please?

Thanks.
