I'd recommend you keep this type of content on a live streaming service. YouTube is much better for edited and organized content. Nobody is going to come back to your channel to watch you work in fast forward each day (or every few days). No if you split up the video into nice sections and explained what you were doing, that would be worth my attention at least (assuming the project is interesting).

Not trying to be harsh, trying to offer constructive feedback.
