Basically you control the monsters hands by selecting them, and you need to smash the buildings to the right and left of you to move up levels.
On the ground will be civilians that run riot trying to flee, you can flatten them or pick em up and eat them(you will need to to gain health) but also there will be civilians trying to stop you, the police, the army and have a go heroes.
You will also be able to pick up vehicles and throw at the buildings or the civilians, which ever you think best to survive the waves.
