Mobile Game Export button not showing up

I bought the Mobile Export license more than an hour ago, logged in and out of game Maker and deleted and reinstalled it. I still don't have an icon to export a test game to mobile yet. Is it somewhere I don't see it? do you have to do something?

The exports appear when you click at the top right of the GMS IDE, where "Windows" usually is.

path to Android SDK cannot be found. any idea what that is? is it another thing you have to buy?
