Missing profile tab in Preferences dialog

I'm following along in the 10_Monetisation tutorial and was following these instructions.

"The first thing you will need to do is set up your GameMaker: Studio profile certificate. This will be used later to create a special extension package which we will need to save and import into our game to enable ads. You can make your profile certificate from the Preferences > Profiles tab: "

When I open the preferences dialog from the File menu, I don't see a profile tab. Did it move or change? Do I need a different license type? I have professional. Perhaps I'm missing some kind of module/add-on that would give me this functionality?

Same issue, I bought my version through Humble Bundle, anyone else with the issue buy it there?
