Android Minimizing battery usage?

    My game is about done, and I'm noticing that it tends to chew through battery pretty well. I think this has gotten worse since I added sounds and music.

    There may not be a lot I can do about it at this point, since the whole game is a house of cards assembled over two years of learning, but who knows? Sometimes there are small tricks that can make a big difference (e.g., disabling the application surface to improve mobile FPS, unless they fixed that now).

    Does anyone have ideas about minimizing battery usage?

    reduce frames per second to 30.
    Reduce resolution.
    Reduce the ammount of logic. does A or B need to be calculated every frame or can you reduce it to every 5 frames?
    etc.
