So one idea I had was to have an interactive menu that speaks to the player.
Start- "So it begins..." Load- "The journey continues..." Options- "For glory!" ? Exit- "Flee, coward. Audio- "Come closer my friend." Controls- "Very well." Mechanics- "We will position ourselves here." BGM Volume- simply adjust the volume without a voice. Nar Volume--- I'd use a battle cry. SFX Volume--- sfx use a sword slash sound maybe Keyboard- (y/n) - sfx Game Pad- (y/n) - sfx RPG Mode- (y/n) "Prepare for battle!" Blood- (y/n) "Splatter SFX"
that is the spoken words for the menu items that a friend came up with for me.
is that a good idea? I wanted the game to stand out in that aspect.
