Windows memory leak. possibly to do with playing audio

I've added an whole bunch of sounds and now if I play enough sounds the game freezes and the memory keeps on rising eventually running out of memory. Is there a way to find the source of the memory leak? and or a way to fix this?

I'm using the new audio engine and using the "audio_play_sound" and "audio_play_sound_at" functions
