 mantis tickets reporters

Since tickets on mantis became visible for us, but all bugs/suggestions were set to reported as by user "zen" instead of real user who reported it, is there a way to assign tickets back now to ourselves ?

I know that I can use "monitor" button to observe those I'll find, but I'm just interested that is there any other way to make it automatically.

I understand that from now on they should be properly assigned.

Could you explain that a bit more? Who exactly has visibility into Mantis now?

I recall submitting bug reports there at bugs.yoyogames.com at one time, but then they either shut it down or locked me (and whoever else, I assume all GM customers) so I can't log in there any longer, and can't submit bugs directly through the interface. (I just checked and apparently I can view the site, I just can't log in anymore, so can only see what a guest can see.)

Since they locked us out, I can submit a bug report at https://account.yoyogames.com/report-bug but after submitting it, I have no visibility to the issue I just submitted. It doesn't even give me a issue number or anything, and I don't believe I receive any email confirming the issue, either.

It'd be nice to have the capability to follow up on reports and find out what the status is.

@csanyk They imported issues back to http://bugs.yoyogames.com on 6th March from what I see, and added new categories. You can still login with account you already got there. All bugs from helpdesk which are approved should go there, as previously.

For those who don't have account, you can freely browse tickets here: http://bugs.yoyogames.com/view_all_bug_page.php (and use dropdown on top-right to change project scope).
Cool! I think I still have my mantis password, so I will have to check it out. I wonder if they are connecting issues reported from our YoYo Accounts at the new bug report page to our mantis account. That would be ideal.

I've got 5 tickets opened, so gonna see soon that they gonna report them as our old accounts, or still as "zen" :)
