HELLO!!!
I want, when the game starts, to ask the player for a name (I don't want to do it with the usual pop-up thing, it looks terible!!!) , the player will write in the keyboard his name and it will appear in the screen and stored in a variable.
How can we manage this.
I have been working a long time with gamemaker, so I don't mind the answer to be advanced.
