Is there anyway to make a flowing cape? I have all the pieces needed but animating it manually it's very static looking, I would like almost like who Celeste's hair flows, but with a cape. I've searched a bit, but don't seem to see what I'm looking for. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hello, neighbor! You could make one object and draw different animations for it; it's the easiest way that comes to my mind.
