Login issue

I haven’t been using GMS2 for a while, and decided to get back into gamemaking. When starting the program, I got a message saying I had to log into my Yoyogames account on the website and upgrade GMS2. When trying to login to my Yoyogames account I got a message saying I had the wrong username or password. I checked my username and it was correct, so I decided to reset the password, in case I didn’t remember it correctly. But after resetting the password with no problem, I still can’t login. Does anyone know what’s going on?
