load_csv failed. (Data structure with index does not exist.)

Does the CSV file contain valid CSV? Does it work as expected with a CSV file that is known to load correctly?

Does clearing the cache (Ctrl+F7) make any difference?

I forgot to mention the CSV files are also from my old project. (trying to rewrite the whole thing.)
Clearing the cache before...it didn't work but thank you for your advice!

I've just checked manual to be sure, and there's no info at all, what happens when load_csv fails (I'm not saying it happens here). It says it always returns ds_grid ID, so I understand that on fail it should be empty, but should still return some id.
