Question - IDE Is there a way to edit the standard gml template?

so when you create a new event code, the script has by default

/// @description Insert description here
// You can write your code in this editor

is there some place where this default template can be modified?

You can edit in the C:\Program Files\GameMaker Studio 2\Languages\english.csv, but GMS will replace it when a new update comes out.
