Question - IDE intellisense doesn't update on script delete and rename

Has anyone noticed that if you rename or delete scripts with JSDoc headers, they don't go away in the autocomplete and syntax coloring?

It does get reset if you close and reopen the whole project, but one would think the proper functionality would be to react and update on the rename and deletes.
