Graphics Improving art style with shaders (feedback?)

Hi guys,

I've been messing with the shaders to improve the current art style of my new game, but I'm not quite sure if the result is better or not. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as I can't really decide on which one to choose. Is the pixelated look better?

Here is the link to the screenshots (it's kind of hard to tell the difference unless you zoom in to 100%): https://imgur.com/a/xqzR35t

While I am a fan of shaders in 2D games I use them for DoF, tone mapping and parallax), I kind of prefer the clean look of your game here. Maybe the pixelated effect and the scanlines don't pix as well together as they could. I associate scanlines with color fringing and a mild blur, rather than sharp pixelation. But that's just me.

I do like the monitor curve effect though.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm still trying to tweak the shader a bit to see if I can get better results.
