IDE v2.3.4.580 - Generate Keystore stalls IDE and never finishes.

I'm trying to generate a keystore for my game (ANDROID) export. When I try generating the keystore it never finishes and I am unable to close the window or the IDE. A force quit is needed. Anyone else having this or has a solution?

ive reported this too, only to get the generic
"oh we know about this, will fix it when we can"

but apparently it does generate the keystore it just never updates gms to tell it its done

never got mine to work tho so good luck
