Windows i set sprite speed is 0.016 why it show speed is 1

i want to Speed up the animation of the sprite. When I press the keyboard letter K.left white sprite which include 4 frame will Speed up play frame.i do not want to change game frame number.i only want to change sprite speed.
so i try to change sprite speed.i find strange things.i set sprite speed is 0.016 why it show speed is 1
who can tell me how to do?

According to the manual, setting the speed in this dialogue sets what image_speed = 1 represents. Thus, in your current project, when image_speed = 1, the sprite will animate at 0.016 frames per game second. If image_speed = 2, then the sprite will animate at 0.032 frames per game second.
