Windows I need help with a script?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to make a script where the whole screen is black, except there is like a white circle around the player so they like know where they are going?

Yes. You can use a surface, paint it black and use blend modes to punch a hole in the surface. This example shows how:

Ignore the triangular light and note that you would have to punch the hole using player coordinates unlike the mouse position as used in the example.
