he.JPGI can not log in. I already installed the GMS2 application and I already created and verified my Yoyo account, even so every time I run the program and put all my data, it throws me an error. could you help me soon? they wanted to enter the game jam as soon as possible

If it's time sensitive(Game Jam) I'd probably submit a ticket with yoyo games as well. Better safe than sorry.

Can you log into the IDE using the same account and password?
If not, which error message is thrown? Post the full error message.
