You'll get more and better help if you describe your problem precisely. Based on what you have written so far, there are no clues as to what you are doing, at all, so no suggestions make much sense. Yes, one can throw random things out there based on you saying you're using the HTML5 export, but if you expect help make sure you provide some amount of details.
Personally, I use a playground project for experimentation which typically only has one or two instances in it (unless something more is needed) with minimal amount of code to do what it is required for my test. If I can't figure out what is going on in a real project right away, I try to replicate it in a barebones environment without anything else interfering.
