HTML5 HTML5 resizing

I've added the SCALING FOR HTML5-solution to my rooms. I have 3 rooms of the same size, no views. So I went for SCALING A SINGLE ROOM.
However, whenever I reduce the size of my browser, the rooms become smaller than the canvas...
Any clues to what I'm doing wrong?

This is my first post, so unfortunately I can't post the link...

Welcome to the GameMaker Community.

The built-in options for HTML5 scaling are not good enough for most people. Check out the Mobility Engine for a custom solution that my team uses. The engine supports both GMS1 & GMS2.

Your Engine does look interesting, and I will consider it once/if my games start making a bit of money ;)
I'm just trying to get my feet wet for the moment. However, I did find a workaround that might be a bit less elegant, but does work (for the moment!).

Sorry, I don't see how selling a $150 product is tech support for a community member.
It's worth knowing your options, no need to be rude.

We spent a lot of time and money producing a professional solution to HTML5 display issues like this. Others reading the thread may still benefit from the Mobility Engine especially now that it supports GMS2.
