How to play sprite animation only once?

I want to set image_speed to be greater than 0 and then have it stop automatically.

dumb question is dumb. Of course I can't find what I'm looking for until after I post the question.

This talks about image_index and even gives a nice example:

I was looking for the solution to this problem and someone pointed me this: Animation End event . It's an Event like a Step or Create Event, just put in anything you want to do when your animation ends and it will cut it for you!
