How to open a .gmez file?

I've downloaded some stuff from the market and I want to open them.... Is there a way to open these files? (gmez)

 

Open a new project.
Right click on the extension folder.
Import extension.
Select the gmez.
Double click the extension.
Select tab "import".
Click Import all.

 

Thanks for the help. The import procedure is not obvious if you are used to other software.
