How to make streets?

Hello,

I am doing a topview game, and would like to know if there is a way to use Autotile to do the city streets. Does anyone have any ideas? At the moment I am drawing and riding in the hand, however, I know that I will modify this in the future and would like to do it in a more practical way.

Any idea?
