Legacy GM How to import .STL format 3D models?

I'd like to import 3D models (preferably in .STL) in game but I have no idea how to do it. Can you help me with that? .

I have nothing against other formats of 3D models, so if you recommend a better formats, I will be happy to switch to them.

I'm using D3D models exported from Blender. You just need a Game Maker D3D addon

Right click -> Save as -> Python File
