Hello.
As the title puts it out, I'd like to know how could I conceive a Pokemon game, for Windows 8 and later versions. I'm looking for a software that allows me to create and insert my own characters, battle options and pretty much everything, right from the scratch. However, I've been coming across some version that were already ready to be worked upon, just like the Pokemon Essentials versions.
Ideally, I'd like to conceive something similar to this:
