How Get 'GM:S Licence'?

Ok, so I've downloaded GM:S (game maker: Studio) and a box appeared saying 'Acquiring Licence' and I waited but then it said 'You do not have any GameMaker: Studio 1.X licences attached to your account.' so I made a GameMaker Community account and decided to make this post to ask how to get one. If it isn't available and I'm wasting your time doing this but please help. Your's Sincerely, Conor W.B

If you downloaded GMS1, unless you have a license already you can't buy them anymore. If you downloaded GMS2 then you can buy the licenses from the website.
