How do I mark a question as 'Solved'?

I might be missing something really obvious here... but how do I mark a question, posted in programming, as 'Solved'.... I can't see the option anywhere!?

Edit Title / Thread Tools -> Edit Thread -> Change the prefix to "Solved".

Nice idea, but that won't work as this forum (Community Chat) doesn't have a Solved prefix.
