Hollow Collision Masks


Could someone tell me if it's at all possible to create a hollow collision mask?

Meaning that I want this ring to collide with an object only if the other object hits the outer line. If the other project is already inside the ring then it shouldn't count as a collision.

Obviously using a Precise mask or an Ellipse doesn't work as they both "fill" the inside of the the object.
