Recently Gamemaker Studio 2 started selecting letters & numbers in the gml editor by underlining them instead of going between them
. Please tell me how to bring it back to normal selecting.

Keep in mind that this can happen to you in almost any text or code editor, so if you experience this problem in another environment the same solution should apply.

Or if this election is one giant box around the entire character, which is more common in other text environments.
