Help, Google Play always says app offers IAPs

Hi, I am creating mobile games for Android. All of the apps I create through GameMaker show up on the store as offering in-app purchases. For the apps that do not have them, this is a big deal. I do not want to scare customers away from my free or paid apps for fear that I am going to be pestering them with IAPs. I believe something in the Google Play Services Extension is signalling to Google that I have IAPs when I do not. Any help fixing this is appreciated!

Just double click on the extension file in Game Maker: Studio then go to the Android tab. In the Android Permissions window select 'com.android.vending.BILLING' and hit 'Remove'. Then click 'OK' to save your changes

Done, hopefully that updates the store next time I upload an APK. Thank you.
