Android Google Play Store: forced to add physical address visible to everyone..

Hell0 everyone,
Today, we are a bit worried about something.. once we uploaded some apps with in-apps purchases in the store, we received a warning asking to add a physical address to the account, wich will be visible to the public in the store. o_O

..really? i mean.. how is this a requirement knowing how sometime haters and competitors could make trouble to some devs if they know their personal address? đź‘€
Is there a way to avoid this whithout getting the account suspended?

..just to confirm: we don't need the GoogleBillingExtension to use AdMob..right?

EDIT: we removed the IAP extension, but now, when trying to publish, it gives this warning:
We've detected this app uses an unsupported version of Play billing. Please upgrade to Billing Library version 3 or newer to publish this app.
