You're allowed to use a translator. You may additionally include the message in your native language as well.
Please try disabling all security software (antivirus, firewall...) and running GMS 2 as an administrator. If this resolves the problem, reactivate security software one by one until the problem appears again. This helps find out what is causing the issue.
