Windows GMS2 IDE shows Sprites Folder Duplicate in extensions? Cant Delete Please help.

Hello I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but for some reason The Sprites Folder is being duplicated in the "Extensions" folder, i'm not sure if this is a bug or not. But I can't even delete it. It seems to Affect the Sprites SubFolder Up top when clicking/selecting it.
It Acts like like a normal sprite folder. if i delete it , it also deletes the overall sprites. If i export the same thing happens. If i create an export package it also does the same thing.
