Windows GMS2 crashes when opening code editor

I've used GMS for years and even sold a game on steam that I made with the software. Lately, I took a break from GMS for one year and got it back with the newest update. The software is slightly unstable at time, refreshing the explorer from time to time... But the most annoying thing is that sometimes, when I open the script editor for an object, GMS just crashes. It sometimes crashes the computer too! Does it happen to anyone else?

It was working fine a few updates before.

I'm on windows 10 and runs GMS2 2.3.4.442 IDE 2.3.4.580
