SOLVED GMS2.3 - Executable/index.html Doesnt seem to be loading ANY sprites

Hi,
Here is a video demonstrating the problem:

When I test the game in GMS, it opens up in my browser, and seems to work perfectly.
But when I Create an Executable, it creates the zip file. I extract it, and open up the index.html.
The game seems to be able to run, it just doesn't draw any of the sprites. You can see in the video near the end that it's just a black screen, but I can seem to still fire missiles.

Any idea what's wrong?

_GameDevver on Reddit seems to have gotten it right.
It looks like the game needed to be hosted on a server to function properly.
I uploaded it to itch and it's working as intended.
