Was saving up for the modules when they had 40% off but missed it by a couple of weeks waiting to get paid, does anyone know when they might be available at that price again?

No, only YYGs do (if anybody whatsoever) and they won't ever pre-announce a sale as ongoing purchases will take an obvious hit because every potential customer would want to buy the export modules at a discounted price. The community gets to know about a sale only once it actually starts. So your best bet is keep an eye out for opportunities as they arise.

Thanks for the response, it makes sense as a business decision, it's just a shame that it's limiting the accessibility of some developers. I'll keep an eye out!
