For about 3+ hours now I've been trying to make a character jump and collide while looking for a tutorial for a gm2 dnd platformer with physics and collision.
I found one of Shaun's for 1. It doesn't work... I even followed it in 1 (yay humble bundle) and it wouldn't work. I found several GML for 2. I even found someone saying there was a platformer demo that comes with GM2, but can't find it.
I saw one on the marketplace for free, but even though I added it to my account, I don't know how to get it into GM2... marketplace is grayed. I don't know if it's DnD anyway.
Can anyone point me to a GM2 DnD Platformer tut?
I know I might get replies saying "learn GML" but I'm well versed in Playmaker, so DnD is familiar and better for me right now. Especially while evaluating the trial.
