Windows GM:S keeps re-saving all objects upon compile/save

This doesn't seem like a big issue, but more of something that annoys me to a small extent.
As the title suggests, every time I save, GM:S re-saves all of the objects for no reason.
Yes, I have the "Always reload changed files" disabled.
And I have quite a bit of objects when saving. I do small changes to some instances before each compile. And for some reason, it happens sometimes when compiling/saving. Other times, when I change just one object's code slightly, it resaves all of the objects again. (And rooms too).

By the way, whenever I delete an object, it does the same thing all the time. Anyone know why it does that?
