Windows Getting the Gamemaker 2 Trial

Following the instructions, I logged in, downloaded gamemaker 2 for Windows, and installed it.
When I loaded it, a username/password window appeared.
After filling in the fields, I pressed "Login" and it said "no license found, please try again later or contact the help desk".
I went online (via web browser) again and "free 30 day trial" was not in the list of licenses.

I'm getting the same error - just created and activated my account but when I try to login I get this error. Did it take a few hours to start working?
