Windows Gamemaker wont authenticate

So I recently had some pc issues which led to me rebuilding my pc, after reinstalling my core drivers and such, i load up gamemaker and punch in my details only to be greeted with the message in the attachment, in case that isn't working it says
"Download Error : The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect"

I tried my login details, I even went to my yoyo account and recovered the license key and it still won't work
