HTML5 GameMaker Studio 2 Web - Are there known gamebreaking issues?

Hello everyone!

I am thinking about buying the GameMaker Studio 2 Web licence. Reasoning behind that is mainly because of GameJams, to have the Game ready to play on itch.io or any other website that supports it.
My concern is, that I already own the GMS1.4 Web export, but remember that I had lot of issues with that, where sprites or even the whole app surface would turn black and wouldn't respond. This only happened on the Web export, however on Windows+Android it would work without a problem.

Thanks and kind regards

I would recommend holding off for at least a month or so. The HTML5 export on the latest GMS 2.3.0 "stable" release is unmerchandisable according to my tests.

Also, unless explicitly specified in a Jam's house rules, uploading a browser-playable product is not a must. Just stick with Windows for now.
