    I have no idea, I don't use Gamemaker for 3D games, maybe look it up, or make a new thread here on the forums.

    .mod and .d3d are the most common ones. Other loaders are slower most of the time.
    Export model as obj from your modeling software, import that with Gmmodelfix, and export that as .mod or .d3d. Note that you have to split up parts if it is multi-textured.
