Windows Gamemaker breaks the game upon exporting

upon exporting my game to windows, all textboxes and related hud elements vanish.
the objects are still present but i cant battle because the buttons dont appear.

the game works perfectly when i run it through the editor, only when i try to export does the issue occur.

what the game is supposed to look like ^



But when the fight starts in the exported version the textbox doesnt appear and the buttons are also missing.


Is there a threshold where game maker studio just starts failing? because previous demos have worked fine, its only now the game is bigger than 100mb that the issue has started
