Hi,
When running an UWP game the framerate is lower when nothing else is active on the desktop, but having something more demanding open, like the youtube frontpage, the game performance jumps back to normal.
e.g. the delta_time when only GMS2 is active: (value is too high)

The issue was reported on both a laptop and windows surface tablet, might have something to do with the CPU throttling that messes up some internal timings inside the yoyo app?
Note: that a ticket was just reported for this bug including screenshots/sample project, but I was hoping to get some more information or a possible workaround for this issue since it is really affecting the overall performance of the game in an unexplainable way.
