'Game Name is not available' ... but not really

I upload a game in the player prompt with name X and package id Y. Game was too big - resulting in an error - so after enquiring why I got the error at all since YoYoGames' site says there's no size limit, I eventually reduce the size and re-upload. Size is ok now, but get errors including Game Name and package id being unavailable. Turns out an entry was previously created under my developer profile although it wasn't successfully uploaded due to size issue.

So I delete the entry and try re-uploading. Package id now ok - but I still get the error 'Game Name is not available or includes invalid characters'. Presumably the name doesn't actually include invalid characters, because it worked fine when I tried it hours prior. So I'm guessing it's down to the Game Name not updating to becoming available again after I had deleted the entry.

Surely a bug? I submitted a ticket addressing both of the above issues yesterday, the first which I worked around. Have yet to hear a response to my ticket, but don't want to wait around too long if I know that the name is gone for good. Shame if I can't use the title I intended due to issues with the uploader. :( Thanks for any help.
